I would suggest your friend confine her to one room or start from the
beginning and crate train her. I don't believe it's the dog's fault I think
she has not been completely trained from the beginning. I also don't believe
a dog will pee and poop for spite. That's just my opion. I can imagine
how frustrating this must be for your friend. I for one would never tolorate
it. To keep her sanity I would start from the beginning. She needs to be confined and either learn to pee/poop on the pad or go outside. She should not be allowed on the bed either if she messes there. That should be a no-no. Confinement is the way to go. Your friend needs to be Alpha and
take charge. This little one is ruling the roost so to speak.
