How much excercise does the little one get ?
I think if she takes her out to potty and for a good walk before she goes to work she will be tired and sleep when she is at work . As soon as she comes home ,straight out for a walk and potty again. I think it's best to get them in to a routine of outside pottying as soon as you can.
