I'm sorry you had a bad day at the park, I myself had my share of bad days at the doggie park, so we no longer go there, It is a shame that because other people are so stupid or just don't care. It ruins it for those of us who do care how our pets act , I also hated when people try to tell me what to do with my babies. I hope your Toby gets over it and that next time you go to the park both of you have a better time
