Thank you for this info....I feel pretty comfortable with their surgical procedures b/c I know other people with Yorkies who have had them done here, but I will ask today while I'm there, what exactly their practice is! I wouldn't have my dogs put under anesthesia for teeth cleaning, but I guess that's beside the point. I'm an RN and I hate anesthesia and know the risks for people....it's a great thing WHEN and IF you NEED it....which to me means a DIRE emergency....otherwise, I steer clear of it, so, I figure if I am leery of it for myself, what's it do to a little doggie????
