The rabies should always be given separate of other vaccinations and no vaccination should be given in a combo. I'm pretty sure the DHPPC is a multi-vaccine. Please have them give distemper separate without lepto. You can always decide to give lepto later if you want to, but new studies are finding the risks associated with lepto vaccines far outweigh any benefits, particularly in toy breeds.
I highly recommend each vaccine being given individually with at least two weeks inbetween vaccinations. Regardless of whether this is a low-cost clinic, they can do that. And, they can always break out the vaccinations as well.
