I would be just as much concerned about the anesthetic being used as the vaccinations. My son took his dog to our humane society for a low-cost neuter and they used barbituates. Everything worked fine in his case but his dog is large (about 60 pounds). I would never let one of my Yorkies be put under using anything but gas (isoflurene). It can be very dangerous. Last year, a couple got a puppy from us because they had lost their Yorkie due to the anesthetic used during a teeth cleaning procedure. I would hope you'd consider this and inquire about the anesthetic used by the ASPCA clinic.
