Oh, you poor thing! That's really a major surgery and I don't know why they'd be doing a stress test on her; that sounds unusual. Is the aneurysm in the top part (ascending) of the aorta or below the heart (descending)? That makes a big difference. Regardless, it's a big surgery for anyone of any age, so my prayers are with your mom. It's a shame she has to go thru this, but even as big of a surgery that it is, it's still something that can be treated. I hope they can get her b/p down though....may God and His angels be watching over you and your mom in these next few days!
