I think that some frog's defense is excreting a poison when a predator bites it. Usually this is a toad, not just an ordinary frog. This is only my opinion here, I'm not a vet, but I don't think the poison would be sufficient to be lethal to your dog. It would probably numb the tongue and mouth area. The other possibility is that frogs pee when you touch them, and your baby could have gotten that in his mouth, which you gotta think would be nasty!!
I'd keep checking on your baby tonight. Unless you see some other loss of conscientiousness or other bad signs -- then I'd go straight to a vet ER.
