I feel the same way as the OP on all of that, in addition I hear a lot of the term "teapot" but when "teacup" is used, everyone is up in arms about it!! I don't get that at all (I understand the use of the word to obtain more profit for the pup, which I feel is wrong)... The only other thing I can think of is they are possibly making fun of the whole "teacup" thing...
