First of all, if I were your mother, I would find a new vet. I'm thinking most vets should know that a standard yorkie is 4-7lbs, some smaller, some bigger, and are PURE Yorkie. I have a yorkie that is going to be larger than 7lbs and has floppy ears and is pure yorkie. Is the vet going to constantly say that everytime your mom brings her in for a visit?...I hope not! Tell her to join here...she'll see plenty like hers.....and they're all PUREBRED!
