You know I had a situation ordering pet products a few years ago and got a REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE exchange of emails (all of my inquiries were politely and professionally worded - we learned how to write to companies in high school!). So I figured it was something similarly shocking. OMG - It's even WORSE than mine!!
I'm going to assume that they have outsourced their customer service email answering. I'm thinking it's some bitter people that can't get out of their homes for some reason or find other work. (If it was a charity, I'd think it was unremorseful people sentenced to community service.) That's the only explanation that I can come up with. If the real and true "owners" are aware of or

this type of service, I can't imagine how they're still in business.
