Yes, it's happened to me many times. I always dress up my Chi&people usually look at me with disgust ... like how can I do that to my poor dog?!? It really pisses me off because she's hella tiny&she gets cold quite easily. I don't dress her up here in Hawaii because it's to darn hot, but in Cali it was freezing all the time so I always made her wear clothes. I can't believe that it was SUCH a big deal to these people. They should start worrying about something more worthwhile, lol.
