I didn't bother checking out the link you posted. Perhaps if I had, I'd know this answer....but is the company "Hands N Paws" that you had a problem with?
I've been ordering from that website for the last two years with ZERO issues!
I wonder what happened. I haven't ordered anything within the last few months, but the last shipment I got was prompt and correct. I must admit thought, I don't ever get a shipment conformation or anything from them. It never bothered me because I received the first shipment or two within days, faster than I was anticipating.
I don't know that it makes a difference, but they've shipped to my house in Arizona, as well as in Illinois. |
