Yep, Tatum does that too as did my toy poodle. And if it's empty before we notice, she'll practically push it all the way to you! She got really mad at me when I got her new bowls. Now we have the kind that you can't tip over. Before when we had just regular ceramic bowls, she would tip it over and spill the food on the floor and eat it from there. Never did it with the water though. Now she still paws at it and pushes it but it won't tip.
