Oh, I am sorry that you had to find out the hard way. I bought 2 helmets for 2 of my kids last year and didn't bother to check the BBB or any reviews before placing my order. I regretted after receiving the helmets and them being the wrong size, even though I used their measuring scale. I had trouble sending them back and then when I got them back one of them had rusted screws and bolts in it. It turned out to be just a big run around and I turned them into the BBB. |
