Hi all,
I purchased a puppy bed from
Pet Carriers, Small and Large Dog Clothing Pet Carriers, Small Dog Tees, Dog Carrier, Dog Tank. Pet Travel Carriers & Lines of, Dachshund, Italian Greyhound & Pug Clothing on May 3rd. As of today I have not received ANY notification that the item was shipped. I tried calling them but was told the reps ONLY deal with phone orders NOTHING ELSE. I explained that the website wasnt helpful with updates and I just wanted to know if my item had shipped. In the meantime, I contacted a friend who is an online geek and he scolded me for not checking with him first--apparently this company has a long history of taking people's $$ and not sending stuff...and downright being RUDE--case in point- check out this lady's on line interaction with their reps..

. After reading more entries, all negative I decided to email the company to get an update. They responded promptly by cutting and pasting their Q and A section. At this point I called my credit card company to initiate an investigation and sent Hands N Paws another email asking them to cancel my order. I almost fell out of my chair- check out my request and their response...

I am still in shock and decided to put them out there- I also checked the BBB and they're listed (not good). A slap on my hand for not doing more homework beforehand so I am warning everyone else.
