Sounds like you have it pretty much covered. Maybe you could use some potty pads. If you can train him to use them in addition to potty training outside, they will come in handy. I take them whenever I take Walker on road trips and stay in a hotel. They are more likely to pee on a familiar surface then on city concrete Also great when the weather is bad(snow,cold,rain,etc) or when they are sick and don't want to move much. I also got some rounded scissors in case I had to trim the hair that tends to fall right over their eyes. Other then that, I can't think of anything to add to your list.
