I just read this thread. Yet another sad example of how bluntness does not accomplish anything good. Yes, we all have a right to express our opinions the way we want, and I do not feel that we have to condone wrong breeding practices. But I cannot understand why those who profess to be so passionate about this breed cannot find it in their hearts to respond kindly. When responses are blunt and hurtful, pushing others away, it does nothing but hurt the breed. Perhaps we should each ask ourselves how many deaths we could have prevented by giving kind advice instead of being hurtful? Moreoever, as some others have pointed out, it is especially unwarranted on those who come here truly unaware of the fire they ignite by their use of certain terms.
