Awww, thank you! Well, Madison is definitley staying

. I can't imagine not waking up to his funny little face or having him follow me every step.
It's been such a learning and growing process. I see all these people who've had several dogs and they make it seem so effortless~ I'm not sure how they do it, LOL! But I'm so happy to have him with us! And my dh even pets him now and always asks how he's doing when he asks how Max is during the week, so that's a step in the right direction. He's finally seeing the cute and sweet and grateful dog inside....and the other night, Madison was stretched out on his back while I was rubbing his tummy on the sofa, and dh said "I bet he feels like he died and went to heaven"

.....so that made me realize that dh really does "get" what the poor little guy must have gone thru previously. The true test of patience in dh will be when we get a chance to drive back up to N. CA

...it's a LONG drive with just ONE Yorkie...but it might be a little better with two...Madison loves riding in the car; so maybe it will rub off on Max

.
I'm just thrilled at how it's all getting better for all of us

, and a lot of the credit lies right here at YT. So, thank you all again! Seana, Max and Madison
