My thoughts are with you. I went through this last year with my 55 year old husband. Heart attacks are usually more serious the younger you are, as there is less collateral circulation. It was a frightening time, and he had a quadruple bypass after the heart attack.
It is just amazing what they can do for cardiac patients these days, so try to remain calm.
And here is an important tip: TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF during this rough time. Don't let yourself get too exhausted or stressed. I did, and that only made it tougher.
PS--my husband is fine now, riding his bike 20+ miles with no problem. |
