Yes, this helps a lot. I asked my coworker and she says that yes, she did her's on-line and had the fees taken out of her refund. At least she knows now that she wasn't lost in the shuffle but now she has to wait until the end of June for a paper check. This site is so informative (even for non-Yorkie issues)!!! Thanks.
