Looks like you got a pretty good list from everyone. Did anyone mention a bed or blanket to lay on? Food and water dishes. Someone mentioned pee pads. I recommend the washable potty pads. They won't tear them up like the paper ones and they last a long time.
Congratulations on getting a new puppy!! That is always so exciting! Enjoy every minute, they grow up so fast.
