My girl has gone through a number of false pregnancies. You shouldn't have to take her to the vet, just keep an eye on her.
Her body literally thinks she is pregnant (esp. since she tied), so she will go through all of the hormonal changes. As you have seen, her teets will swell and sometimes there will be milk.
I don't think there is anything you need to do, she may be more sensitive during this time and require a lot of attention.
Just keep an eye out for any type of vaginal discharge which is not normal. Other than that, I say wait it out.
Also going to say if the milk discharge becomes an abnormal color, take her to the vet, she could have an infection. Otherwise, will eventually dry up and her teats will go back to normal size.
