Sorry it wasn't for me... The very first post in the For Sale thread is a sticky that gives all the info needed to put up a For Sale thead. Here's the part requesting the last name.
Please include the following information in your for sale post:
You must title your post with your City and State and include your full name (first and last name)
If you list a Yorkie having a Champion dam or sire, you must list the dam and sire's name as well as the registration (AKC, UKC, etc) of the Champion.
Here is a form that must be in EACH For Sale Post:
