Just be clear about what you want. Sometimes vets can be intimidating and pushy. I know I've been to some. Let them know your concerns and try to work with them.
I forgot to mention that if you DO decide to give lepto, give it on a different day (maybe like a week later) so that if he does have a reaction, you'll know not to give it next time. These vaccinations require so much from their tiny bodies, I think it's best to space them out regardless.
