We took Maggie to the vet today and found out she has a really bad case of ear mites.The vet cleaned them out and sent us home with some Mita-Clear.
I have a question though -- the vet said ear mites were contagious and there was a possibility of him having them if they slept/cuddled together or he licked her ear. Well we all know that they have not been sleeping/cuddling together
but he has been sniffing around her ears and they've also layed on the same bedding. I'd wash all of his bedding but I JUST washed it yesterday when I went home and I don't have access to washer/dryer. I can go to a coin laundromat if we think it's really necessary but I would just rather not. Would it be a bad idea to go ahead and treat HIM with the Mita-Clear too, just in case?
