I think it all depends on where you live and what is prevalent where.
DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza) are all part of a combo. These shots should be given.
Sometimes Lepto is included (DHLPP) and it should be used with discretion. It is not recommended for dogs under 10lbs. It causes the most reactions in Yorkies, ranging from mild to very severe and even death. Most people do not vaccinate for it because it only covers a few of the multiple strains of the virus and protection only lasts for 6 months. However, if you live in a high risk area, you might consider it.
Sometimes the combo will also include Corona (DHLPP-C) and this should really never be given. It's unnessary.
Giardia and Lyme's are optional and once again should only be used unless your dog is high risk.
