Ruby didn't seem to experience any pain from the teeth extraction. She was less active that first night but did eat, so I don't think her mouth was sore at all. It could be that Mia doesn't have any retained. And, it varies as to which teeth are retained, Ruby's were molars, whereas Reno has one canine tooth to be removed - none in the back.
