Yes, but people with Yorkies NEVER bring their Yorkies out in public it seems. We get a LOT of attention wherever we go. But part of it yesterday was that it was still a bit chilly, maybe about 55 degrees or something. But Yoda fears nothing of course!
In the spring and summertime, we do see a a few more Yorkies out.
