Yeah I think I will call him. I emailed my breeder to tell her what happened as she has a great relationship with the older vet. I haven't heard back from her yet though. I also do feel that he should have been able to tell Baby from adult teeth for sure, that's what I'm paying for, expert advice!
From now on I will not let anyone but my vet of choice see Ozzy period.
