NO!!! Thats what got me so mad ... they would not even let the Vet know I was willing to wait all day for him. Thats why I want to call on Monday to let him know how it went down in his lobby. I really did like him and MAY be willing to give him another try if he says something worth saving me as a client but at this point am SOOOO mad for the way his front office handled it.
