It sounds like she just needs a little time to adjust to her new home. It may help if you can coax into eating by hand feeding her. The most important thing is to makes sure she drinks water and doesn't get dehydrated but don't let her go too long before eating. 8 weeks is a little young to bring a baby home but just keep an eye on her. You can try hand feeding her a bit of meat (like some ham or chicken) or a few cheerios if you have some to get her gut going; just don't let her make a meal of it. Being 3 pounds at 8 weeks, your puppy should grow to be in the 9 pound range according to the growth chart. What concerns me is that you state she has had 2 rounds of shots already. She should have just had her first set by this age. I would advise you to take her to your vet (tomorrow if possible) for a wellness check. Take the health record the breeder provided you with you.
