Just watch her and if you need and feel like it call the vet tomorrow morning.
Even broken legs if it is not too bad may not be an imediate emergency ... You can call to make sure but i saw this on animal planet, the vet emergency show, they stabilize and wait until the specialist can see , if you can do it at home why take her to the emergency?
