IMHO The wife had to have known what the heck was going on. He needs to be neutered and then sent to jail, put into general population and let the inmates have their way with him and see how he likes being a "sex slave"!
The wife needs to loose the rest of the kids so they may have a chance at a normal life and she needs to be put in prison also.
