Hi all. I think I mistyped when I sent Lori the text message. I'm doing quite well. My leg hurts like crazy, but that's OK, the surgery went well and I just have to learn to use the walker all over again. There is some damage to the nerves in my wrist/hand from using the walker recently. We're working on that now. We've had some trouble getting my meds regulated which makes it tough when the pain comes. But we'll get it figured out soon.
I couldn't answer text messages today because my cell phone battery is dying and the young gal who is staring at my apartment didn't bring my things top the nursing home today so I could plug in the charger. Fortunately, there is a PC here for public use So here I am.
Thank you all for your concern for us. Tink came to hospital yesterday to see me. I sent to the big waiting room downstairs and got to hold her. She was beside herself! Trying so hard to get to me. Her little front legs are working very well. The back legs are still motionless but she was wiggling like a little puppy! I just loved seeing her.
