I know. She isn't in my home though. She is in NJ and me on Long Island. My brother doesn't have a car, he gets picked up very early for work. So it's kind difficult to arrange this, but we will figure out something if we have to.
It's not that we don't want to do it, it is just kinda difficult to arrange.
I thought maybe charging a rehoming fee of $100 and it will be refunded upon proof of spay
