Here's the one I used to use. Spike was still learning so that's why there are so many pads down. Sugar lifts his leg sometimes and I had read here to take a 2 liter filled with water or sand and wrap a potty pad around it for leg lifters so that's what the odd standing up potty pad was for. I ended up going with a potty pad in a litter box- the sides are high enough if he lifts his leg. This was in my old house and I had carpeting, hence the shower curtain liner under the whole thing. I have to say I was not sad to say goodbye to the x-pen. It was a life saver at the time but they take up a lot of room and in my case- not the most attractive thing.
