I agree. Lady has idiopathic epilepsy (which means organic epilepsy, not a symptom of another disease). In dogs under one year old, seizures are usually a symptom of liver disease, a thyroid imbalance, hypoglycemia, etc.
It is not an emergency, but Cody needs to see a vet asap for tests, especially a bile acids test. Since Yorkies are 36 times more likely to have a liver shunt than all other breeds combined, I'd suspect that first.
