We travel a lot with our dogs. Lots of hotels, even very nice ones, allow pets in the rooms and have special areas for them to go outside, etc. It is still "iffy" whether you can take them to places that food is being served unless there is an outside location to sit. On the road, we just go in and get our food to go, and then go outside and have a tailgate picnic with the dogs. We stop at roadside rest stops along the highway to give them a chance to get out. And we always take them to stores that don't serve food, Macy's Target, Home Depot. Some "Malls" do have restrictions, but as long as you are discrete even these places are accessible.

I'll never forget being in Bloomingdale's and seeing a pink poodle at the cosmetic counter. LOL

Have fun.
