and please RETHINK the words - these days bomb threats are taken very seriously - you may want this thread edited - if they ever decided to 'come after' you - this can be used against you even though you didn't mean it...you can't be too careful these days - the net can be a ginormous place or a very small place

I hope things get better for you !! and ps - finding a good doctor is HARD.

After my husband died I was having really bad panic attacks and couldn't stop crying even in the office - it was like pulling teeth to get her to give me something to help me sleep - and the 1st doctor I saw wrote me a script for a freakin ANTIHISTIMINE ! I ended up paying more money to see a doctor that I knew cared and she was a big help....

Oh good Lord...
