Hi again,

In the playpen Rocky uses the paper EVERY single time. He never messes on the carpet in the pen or in his crate which is attached to the pen. Now out of the pen, that's a slightly different story... but he's getting better. I only worry about leaving him for 8 hours all day by himself in his crate after just having slept through the night. That is why we went with the playpen idea. Do most people who work leave their pup in the crate all day?

Also, the biting is not just annoying nagging biting... it's painful biting combined with growling which is what I'm worried about. Is the growling typical? When he is corrected he growls and bites more. I was thinking of puppy kindergarten... does anyone have any thoughts on this in regards to training and socialization?
