I would take her to the vet. Loki had this problem when he was a puppy and it turned out he had some medical problems. He's on medicine now.

Incontinence in females is very common after a spay and they have 2 or 3 types of medicine that help. While I agree no water close to bed time - she should at least be waking up and if she's not, it's not her fault and the medicine might help.
