i think they're also called saucer chair.

i bought a pink one few months ago at Target (on sale for ~15 bucks). it was in the furniture section where they had kid's chairs and little sofas. i also bought a blue one at Petsmart today. it was on sale and my store only had one, so i'm not sure if other stores would have them too.
