Oh poor Mia and poor you! Caren I don't know the right thing to do but since she doesn't seem to be in any pain, I would just watch her. You're already into emergency vet hours anyway so I can't see how waiting a little could hurt.
I don't remember if I posted or told you about it at the time, it was so long ago but I had a patio chair break and fall on Spike (with my grandma in it) when he was younger. He was limping really bad. I rushed him into the vet and they did exrays. He was completely fine. I think it's like when we stub our toe we might limp a little for a while.
