I use Adobe Photoshop. It has all different types of tools there are blur tool, clone tool, type tool and many many more.
Clone tool is a tool that copies any colors or patterns on the picture and places them over anything.
Photoshop is a great program but it is also complicated. I am still learning about all the features because there is so much you can do
There are also a lot of different tutorial websites for this program.
