Well maybe the price the girl was looking to spend was "rescue" fees. And again there appears to be some implication of someone not doing the "right" thing.
Ilona spends her own money taking these rescues to the vet and caring for them and finding them proper homes. I know this for a fact and again if anyone wants to talk-- PM me.
