I don't know of one that does everything on it's own. I'm sure there is something out there, but I suspect it would be difficult to use.

I have a mid-line computerized Brother that I think is very easy to use. You do have to set up the bobbin winding, but it does have an "automatic" needle threader (though I can't get it to work!).
