No mixes...
You have either seen a parti yorkie...whose coloring is considered a color variant fault by the YTCA. They can be registered AKC but not shown. Their coloring varies in color and placement
Or a Biewer yorkie...which is tri colored and orginated in Germany. These are not recognized as a seperate distinct breed by AKC, but they're working on it. Biewers are shown in rare dog breed shows. Biewers have a standard for color placement. Also biewer's tails are not docked.
The coloring of both is from a recessive pie bald gene.
