County shelters are different from Humane Societies or shelters and there are bad ones in both. To me, this looks like a "lost leader" enterprise.
It costs $$$ to "advertise" on Petfinder.. that why I have little use for PF...it is just an advertising medium. |

I hope you are right but you do not live in MO and so don't understand the VERY HIGH euthenasia rate in this state PARTICULARLY in this part of MO. So i cannot agree with you whole heartedly.
