I have uploaded the photo I want into an album. Once it's loaded copy the url address...when you want to post it...on the message box is a little yellow square...click that and insert the url.

I am told it's not necessary to upload the photo to my album...that you can just copy the url from the internet. I haven't tried that method...and while you can do that...should that site remove the image...it wouldn't show up here anymore.
